RevOps Strategist
Role: Revenue Strategist: The Crew Chief
You will be the crew chief of your pod, responsible for developing the revenue strategy through go-to-market segmentation and operational improvements. Then, you'll lead the team to deliver on that strategy. If you love delivering awesomeness on a tray, creating processes, and driving revenue strategy, you may be who we are looking for.
What are some of the high impact opportunities you’ll tackle?
- Build, execute, and lead client engagements to help customers optimize their go-to-market segmentation, operations, and business improvement initiatives that support and enable their growth.
- Map out partner workflows across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis and prioritize revenue plays.
- Lead your pod and its mission to develop and deliver the revenue strategies you create with excellent project management and timely execution.
- Contribute to strategy and major initiatives for Elefante RevOps growth.
- Drive organizational change management - engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward.
- Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner delivery.

- Essential Experience (ORs)
- Minimum of 3 years in relevant sales and marketing operations roles with high-growth startups (bonus points if it is in a CRM-related company).
- Minimum of 3 years in a professional services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management).
- Proven track record of driving insights to develop and deliver revenue strategies and are able to explain in detail how you did them.
- Proven project management experience to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
- Ability to command a meeting with assertiveness and vigor while driving stakeholders to decisions like a BOSS.
- Experience managing junior-level team members or the drive to lead when the time comes.

- Can talk strategy with executives AND then implement that solution.

What You’ll Own
As a RevOps Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things HubSpot — and a critical contributor to how our clients scale.
You will:

Design and implement HubSpot solutions — including workflows, pipelines, integrations, and custom objects

Audit and optimize existing HubSpot setups to improve visibility, automation, and performance

Support GTM operations across sales, marketing, and customer success teams

Collaborate with consultants and strategists to align technical solutions with business goals

Leverage Salesforce knowledge (when needed) to support multi-platform RevOps environments

You’ll own the full customer experience—from first spark to long-term expansion—for Elefante’s mid-market to enterprise accounts, weaving together GTM motion, human touchpoints, and value creation in every interaction.
What You’ll Own
- Strategic Partnership Program (in Collaboration with the CEO)
- Partner directly with the CEO to design and launch a Strategic Partnership Program that drives high-impact co-selling, partner enablement, and long-term revenue.
- Define partner tiers, engagement models, and value exchanges.
- Bring structure, creativity, and scalability to relationship-based growth.
- Executive Relationship Management
- Lead in-person engagements (events, dinners, meetings) with Tier 1–3 target accounts to deepen trust and accelerate deal flow.
- Serve as the face of Elefante at strategic events and executive circles.
- Foster one-to-one relationships with decision-makers at the C-suite and VP level.
- Customer Journey Ownership (Awareness → Expansion)
- Take full ownership of the customer lifecycle across mid-market and enterprise accounts—from initial awareness and first contact to post-sale engagement and long-term expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor across all stages, ensuring seamless transitions and proactive communication throughout.
- Deliver a consistent and differentiated experience, driven by Elefante’s “give before receive” philosophy.
- HubSpot CRM Execution & GTM Optimization
- Work directly within HubSpot CRM to manage partner and account data, track touchpoints, and measure impact.
- Adopt Elefante’s GTM processes—and collaborate with RevOps to iterate and discover the proven process for a high-touch motion.
- Help connect the dots between field learnings and scalable process design.

- Influence acquisition and expansion revenue directly through owned accounts
- Deliver measurable progress on program KPIs (e.g., partner activation, exec relationships)
