As a rep agency we required a ton of customization. Things started a little slow but then picked up. It would have been beneficial to do a deeper dive into our needs and flow before implementation started. Friendly staff who really seemed to care.

We had a some serious bumps on our journey from the start in migrating from our previous CRM system to HubSpot. The Elefante team was our partner for this, and I honestly would say it was as if we had two different experiences during our project. Our original group we worked with at Elefante didn't appear to truly grasp our needs and expectations around using HubSpot for our business. Our team didn't get the feeling that we were their focus, there was a lack of urgency and the whole process took much longer than we were originally told and expected. Colten finally recognized this, and that's when team two came into the picture in Pedro and Samuel. These two seemed much more knowledgeable, proactive, focused on us and bringing our implementation to a close, and just more helpful overall. Colten owned their early failures, invested above and beyond to set things right for us, and eventually get us to where we needed to be. I could not be more happy with team two, Pedro and Samuel, and their ability to interpret our needs and create the custom objects to allow us to tailor the CRM into the tool we were originally sold on. I would give team two 5 stars for their work, but overall I had to go with a 4 just because of our original struggles.

We started with a simple HubSpot onboarding process converting from our SugarCRM tool. Last month, we shifted to a second phase of work with Elefante. Highly recommend. After our first in-house RevOps hire didn't quite work out, we retained the Elefante team to fill the "in-house RevOps" vacancy at our hyper-growth, venture-backed Fintech startup. They came highly referred through an investor in our network. When we started working with Colten and the team, we were deep "clean up" mode. We had plenty of experience with other CRMs but didn't quite understand the "HubSpot way" of doing things. Our business is squarely focused on account-based marketing and we rely heavily on a strong outbound motion and events-driven strategy for sales conversion.
